Return Policy. Please carefully check (and double check!) that all text, photos and design are exactly as you want before accepting the proof and finalizing your order. Once an order is submitted, the sale is final. Returns and/or exchanges will not be made. If you receive your order and notice a mistake or inconsistency with your final proof, and the mistake was made on behalf of Uptown Girl Designs, your order will be reprinted at no further cost.

Cancellation Policy. Once an order has been paid for and sent to print, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Privacy Policy. Your privacy is extremely important to us! While it is necessary to collect personal information from our customers, it will only be used for the sole purpose of creating a custom styled Photocard, order processing, and communication between our customers and Uptown Girl Designs. We will never sell or give away your personal information to third parties! On occasion, we will use customer proofs for advertising purposes, but will never use actual names or any other related personal information.
