CANCELLATION POLICY
Once you have placed your proof order, you have twenty-four (24) hours to cancel, but will be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. Proof orders cancelled after twenty-four (24) hours will forgo any refunds of money, no exceptions.
A complete order that has been paid in full and sent to print cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Here at Uptown Girl Designs we strive to make sure that customer satisfaction is always 110% and we are confident that you will be very happy with products you receive. Please carefully review (and double check!) that all text, photos, and design are exactly as you want before accepting the proof and finalizing your order. Once an order has been submitted, the sale is final.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you receive, please contact us within ten (10) business days of receipt at orders@uptowngirldesigns.com, including a description of the issue. In the event of an error made on behalf of Uptown Girl Designs, we promise to work with you as quickly as possible to amend the error, and your order will be reprinted and shipped at no further cost to you. Uptown Girl Designs reserves the right to reject any claims that do not meet these conditions.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is extremely important to us! Uptown Girl Designs collects personal information when you choose to register at Uptown Girl Designs and purchase Uptown Girl Designs products or services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, phone number, or credit card information and that is not otherwise publicly available. While it is necessary to collect personal information from our customers, it will only be used for the sole purpose of creating a personalized item, order processing, and communication between Uptown Girl Designs and our customers. We will never sell or give away your personal information to third parties!
By checking the TOS (Terms of Service) box when placing an order for a proof and submitting payment you agree to allow Uptown Girl Designs to use your custom design, including the photo(s) used in design, to be posted on www.uptowngirldesigns.com as samples or for use in other advertising purposes whether within www.uptowngirldesigns.com or any other digital or print advertising. In the event your custom design and photo(s) are used as stated we will never use actual full names or any other related personal information.
