Where can I send my photo(s)?  Please e-mail all photo(s) to
admin@uptowngirldesigns.com

What kind of photo(s) can I send?  Please try to send us the best quality photo(s) that you can.  We prefer unedited photos to work with too as it is easier to work with the original version of a photo.  We try our best to bring out the best in your photos but we can't always work miracles so if we receive a photo that we cannot work with we may ask for you to send another.  For great tips on making the best of your photos please click here to visit the Photo Tips section on Kodak.com.  We can only use professional photos in your design if you send us the copyright release(s), which can be obtained by asking your photographer. 

Can you retouch/edit photo(s)?  We sure can!  If you have anything you would specifically like please let us know when submitting your order proof form or within your e-mail containing your photo(s). 

Where can I find pricing info?
  This is always one of the first things I want to know when shopping for anything!  Click here for pricing. 

How long will it be before I receive my proof?  Most designs will require from 2-3 days to receive a proof.  I always try to have your proof to you before that time but I take pride in what I do and occasionally will linger a little longer on some designs.  When you submit your order proof form, it will ask you how you would like to be contacted when your proof is ready - either e-mail, phone or both! 

What if I receive my proof but am not 100% happy?
  You can have up to 3 revisions of your proof for free.  Please be as detailed as possible when asking for any changes.  The more details, the better!  Don't be shy - just ask for what you want!  Do you love a certain font or color scheme?  Let us know and we will be happy to accommodate. 

Once I am ready to place my order what method of payment do you accept?  Currently we only use PayPal for all of our transactions; we do not accept cash or checks.  PayPal is a free service and you do not need to register or be a member to use this service.  PayPal uses SSL technology to insure a secure checkout.  PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.  Click here to visit their site if you need more information. 

How much is shipping?  Shipping will be dependent on where the product is going.  We are currently shipping from NJ.   

How long will it take to receive my order?  Once you approve the proof and payment goes through, it will be sent to print.  The printing process can take anywhere from 3-5 days.  Your order will be shipped via the USPS, and will arrive within 7-10 business days. I would be happy to accommodate a quicker shipping time if necessary so please let me knwo if this is something you would like. 

What if when I receive my order I am not 100% happy?  If you find you are not happy when you receive your Photocard please let us know immediately via e-mail at
admin@uptowngirldesigns.com.  Please give a detailed description of why you are not satisfied.  If a mistake has been made on behalf of Uptown Girl Designs we will happily correct it and reprint your order at no further cost.  Please see our Terms of Service section by clicking here for more details regarding our return/cancellation policy. 

"I love my cards but, Yikes, I didn't order enough!."  Can I order more?
  Yes!  We will keep your design on file and will re-fill an order at any time.  Please keep in mind the order minimums for each product.
